Success is an entrepreneur, start-up consultant, and corporate finance professional with over three decades of experience spanning the UK and Africa. As the CEO of Cushland Investments, he focuses on investing in strategic opportunities across the continent. Driven by a deep passion for Africa’s transformation, Success brings a wealth of expertise in origination, start-up funding, and corporate finance. He is also the pioneer of the Missions and Business Institute (MABI), now reinventing as an EdTech academy dedicated to empowering future economic leaders.

Central to his professional and personal work is his role as a marketplace minister. Success is the creator of the Manufa Strategy, a unique business framework designed to align systems to their truest value and help organizations build distinctively. For over 20 years, he has taught the Theory and Principles of Purpose, which he believes is fundamental to navigating business strategies in the 21st century. His diverse leadership experience also includes heading the Apostolic and Prophetic Company of the New Covenant (APCNC) network.

His extensive field experience is backed by professional certifications in Corporate Finance from the Securities and Investments Institute UK, alongside background credentials in network engineering and cyber security (CCNP).
